Remove Duplicate Emails from a List

Clean a subscriber or outreach list before you send. This email deduper compares addresses case-insensitively and treats Gmail dots and +tags as the same inbox — all locally.

How to remove duplicate emails

  1. Paste your email list — one address per line.
  2. Keep Ignore case on: Ann@Site.com and ann@site.com are the same address.
  3. Check the status line: it also flags lines that do not look like valid email addresses.
  4. Copy the cleaned list into your email platform, or download it as .txt.

Gmail dots and plus-tags

On Gmail, john.doe@gmail.com, johndoe@gmail.com and johndoe+news@gmail.com all reach the same inbox. This tool normalizes those variants so they count as one subscriber, which keeps your bounce and complaint rates down.

Privacy first

Email lists are personal data. Nothing here is uploaded, logged or stored — the deduplication happens in your browser tab. Still, follow your local rules (GDPR/CAN-SPAM) when mailing a list.
